the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring we were never without assistance, like fetching our shoes or providing umbrellas when it rained. the hot spring experience was wonderfully relaxing, particularly loved the complimentary hokkaido milk after! the in-room breakfast was a pleasant surprise too.
